What is the Don Roberto Jewelers Return and Refund Policy?
Does Don Roberto Jewelers offer credit to online shoppers?
No. Don Roberto Jewelers does not currently extend credit to online shoppers, however, this is something we are working on for the future. Credit can currently be obtained at any one of our locations throughout California. Don Roberto Credit Accounts can only be used for purchases made in store. Click here for a list of our locations.
How can I apply for credit?
You can apply for credit by coming into any of our store locations. Just print out and bring in one of our Mini Credit Applications. In order to complete the application process in the store, you will need to bring your ID, Social Security Number, and come prepared with the names and phone numbers of personal references, and the names and phone numbers of your employer/employers. Stores usually require 3-5 references depending on your credit score.
What if I want to open a Don Roberto Jewelers Credit Account, but I have a low credit score?
Don Roberto Jewelers offers easy credit and will take all applicants into consideration. Depending on how your credit score is, we ask for 3-5 references and proof of employment to help you get approved for credit. Don't hesitate to come into one of our locations even if you think you have a lower credit score. We are here to help you improve your credit score and build a better future.
Which Credit Bureaus do you report to?
Don Roberto Jewelers reports to Equifax, TransUnion, and Experian once a month to help you build your credit score.
How do I make an account?
If you are trying to create an account click the "My Account" link at the top of our web page. Once at the sign in page click "Register", on the register page fill in all boxes with a red star in the corner. If you would like to link your Don Roberto credit card to your account to make payments and/or view your statements, please enter your credit card number in the "Credit Account #" box. Once your account number has been entered, click the drop-down box that reads "Not Applicable" to find the store location where your account was created (Note: please notice that many of our stores are in the same city, choose the store with the correct street address). Once you've found the correct store address, create a password and click "Submit".
To sign in, use the email address provided and the password you created.
What if I'm trying to create an account but a message says my account number and credit account do not match?
If while trying to create an account a message appears that your account number and store number do not match, check the number on your Don Roberto Jewelers credit card. Your account number will be the eight digit number located below your name. Do not include the additional number located directly to the right of your account number, that is the number that represents the store where you opened your account.

Can I view my statements online?
Yes, once you log into your account on the left-hand side there will be a "view my statements" tab. Click the tab and scroll down to view statements separated by month, click on the statement you want to view.
Can I pay my current credit balance online?
Yes, you can make payments to your credit account online. In order to do so, you must register your account.
If you haven’t already registered click on the “My Account” link at the top of any page and click the “Register” button. From there you can sign up for an online account. You will be asked for your Name, E-mail Address, and Credit Account #, along with the store where you opened your account. Once you have made an online account, you will be ready to make payments from the “My Account” tab.
If you already have an online account and want to link it to your credit account, log in and click the “My Account” link at the top of any page. Under the “My DRJ Credit Account” heading there is a link to edit your DRJ account information, and this will take you to a page where you can add your account.
What if I want to make my credit payments online but I don't know my credit account number?
If you don't know your account number, call the store where you opened your account and they will assist you in retrieving your number. You can refer to our store locator to find the number of your nearest store.

Can I set up automatic payments on-line, to pay my bill each month?

How can I build good credit?
You can easily build good credit by opening a credit account with Don Roberto Jewelers and making your payments on time every month.
What do I need to bring to the store to complete a credit application?

I just placed an order online. When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday-Friday at 2:30 p.m PST. If you place an order after 2:30 p.m PST, your order will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed after 2:30 p.m PST on Friday will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number and will be able to track the progress of your order.
How do I change my Personal Account Information (i.e. name, address, e-mail address)?
To change any account information, click on the My Account link at the top of any page.
I forgot my password or user ID; can I get them e-mailed to me?
Yes, you can. Just click on the login link at the top of any page. Below the Login button click the “Forgot Your Password” link, and you will be prompted to send us your e-mail address. If your e-mail address is in our system, you will automatically be sent an e-mail with instructions on how to change your password.
Can I change my password or user ID?
Your user ID and password can be changed by clicking on the My Account link at the top of any page. From there, click on the Account Information link. You can edit your account information from that page.
Ring Sizing and Engraving:
Do all rings come in the same size or are there different sizes available?
When you purchase a ring on DonRobertoJewelers.com, you will be shown the size (or sizes) in which the ring is available. If you select a size other than the standard ring size shown, service may be required to adjust it. Ring sizing service will take up to three additional business days. Certain metals such as tungsten and titanium cannot be sized.
How do I know what size ring to purchase?

Do you offer engraving services?
Don Roberto Jewelers offers engraving on select merchandise. The product page will specify if the item can be engraved, and will allow you to enter up to the allotted number of characters that can be engraved on that particular piece. Please allow up to ten days for this service.

The millimeter is the standard unit of measurement for jewelry dimensions. By using millimeters, we can provide you with the most accurate height, width, and length for your jewelry. To give you a better idea of your jewelry's dimensions, 25MM is approximately 1 inch. See below for other approximate conversions.
